LED TRADE SHOW POP UP TABLE DISPLAY LIGHT VIDEO
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR POP UP LIGHTS (PLEASE WATCH THE SETUP VIDEO)

Step #1
Rest the base plate on the top edge of the table. Align the base plate straight with the table edge.

Step #2
Place the top jaw of the clamp on the "center" of the base plate, directly in front of the pole.

Step #3
Squeeze the bottom jaw of the clamp tight against the bottom of the table, while holding it with your left hand. With your right hand turn the twist handle of the clamp counter clockwise until tight.
CAUTION: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN OR RISK DAMAGE TO CLAMP OR TABLE.
Step #4
Slide - DO NOT TWIST OR FORCE - the neck of the fixture on to the telescopic pole.

Step #5
Hold one hand under COB LED bulb and screw it into the E27 socket, rotating counter clockwise until lighting snug.
CAUTION: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN OR YOU MAY DAMAGE THE E27 SOCKET AND OR THE BASE OF THE BULB.
Step #6
Attach extension cord to the light and it will come on .
Step #7
Open top latch on the telescopic pole and fully extend. Close the latch to lock in place.
CAUTION: FAILURE TO CLOSE LATCHES TO LOCK IN PLACE WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO LIGHTING UNIT.
Open second latch on the telescopic pole and fully extend. Close to lock in place. Open third latch on the telescopic pole and fully extend. Close to lock in place.

LED TRADE SHOW LIGHTING LIGHT BAR INSTALL VIDEO
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR LIGHT BARS (PLEASE WATCH SETUP VIDEO AS IT SHOWS SETUP FOR BOTH THE TABLE TOP MODEL & FLOOR MODEL)

A typical booth install would an "L" or a "U" shape configuration.

Step #1
Place (1) corner base plate (4) inches from the front edge of the booth & (4) inches from the side for the table top model. (If using the floor stand model follow this same pattern using the bottom of your floor cases as your guide.)

Step #2
Place additional base plates every (6) to (8) feet depending on the length of your lights. YOU MUST ADD WEIGHT TO THE BASE PLATES BY SETTING YOUR CASES ON TOP OF THEM OR USING A CLAMP TO HOLD THE PLATES TO THE TABLE. (IF USING FLOOR STANDS YOU MUST TUCK THE BASE PLATE UNDER YOUR FLOOR DISPLAY CASES.) IF YOU DO NOT KEEP WEIGHT OR CLAMPS ON THE BASE PLATES BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER, THE SUPPORT STANDS AND/OR LIGHTS WILL FALL OVER.

Step #3
SLIDE do not twist, the support poles on to the base plate peg. Make sure the power outlets are facing the inside of the booth & drape the power cord over the back edge of the table.
Step #4
Use the optional stabilizer suction clips to clamp the poles to any glass surface for additional stability (FOR FLOOR MODEL ONLY.)

Step #5
Use the (2) pieces of light bars and SLIDE them together but DO NOT TWIST. Insert the locking pin.
Step #6
Rest both ends of the light bar on their appropriate clips on top of the heads. Align the power cord with outlet & plug each end into the outlets. Sometimes you may need to locate a stand a foot or so from the end of the light: in this case you will need a 1ft. extension cord for the plug to reach. Make sure the bar is seated firmly in the clips. Run power to the stands electrical cord & turn the lights on.
Step #7
Walk around your booth and adjust the angle of the lights to center onto your display by rotating the lights.

Our Show Off Lighting LED trade show lighting solution comes with a floor stand option for your vendor display booth. The steel base plate measures 8 x 12 and it weighs an estimated 1 lb. It is designed to have weight (a minimum of 1 lb) on it at all times to prevent it from being accidentally knocked over. The rigid pole slides on to the base plate and it extends up to 7.5ft. with additional extension poles sold separately.

DO NOT use more then 6 lights on a single power feed cable. DAISY CHAIN UP TO (6)LIGHTS MAXIMUM.

DO NOT hang banners (or anything else that would block airflow) within 4 inches of this light, it will disrupt the airflow to the fan and cause the LED chip to overheat.
​
1) Hook light over the pipe & drape pole and tighten the clamp onto the pole above your display. DO NOT use pliers or tools to tighten as damage may result.
2) Adjust the light to the desired angle and tighten securely with your hand using no tools.
3) Plug in the master power cord to the first light and daisy chain to the second light and repeat setup for up to (6) lights maximum.

SUPER CLAMP TRADE SHOW LIGHTS SETUP VIDEO

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPER CLAMP LIGHTS (PLEASE WATCH SETUP VIDEO)
DO NOT use more then 6 lights on a single power feed cable. DAISY CHAIN UP TO (6)LIGHTS MAXIMUM.

1) Open the clamp to its widest point and clamp onto the pole above your display. Tighten the clamp to the pole securely to prevent it from falling. DO NOT use pliers or tools to tighten as damage may result.
2) Adjust the light to the desired angle and tighten the round black clamp knob securely with your hand using no tools.
3) Plug in the master power cord to the first light and daisy chain to the second light and repeat setup for up to (6) lights maximum.

ADJUSTABLE HEAD TELESCOPIC LED TABLE LIGHT

Step #1

Step #4
Attach the LED light bulb module to the standard or 12" extended head assembly and tighten the thumb screws while adjusting the LED light bulb module in the desired position. Make sure the thumb screws are firmly tightened before going any further.

Step #5
Slide the head and bulb assemble onto the telescopic pole and make sure it is all the way attached.

Step #6
Attach the 6ft power cord to the light and it will come on. Give it a twist around the telescopic pole and use the velcro straps to keep the power cord nice and neat against the pole.

Step #7
Open top latch on the telescopic pole and fully extend. Close the latch to lock in place.
​
Step #8
Open second latch on the telescopic pole and fully extend. Close to lock in place. Open third latch on the telescopic pole and fully extend. Close to lock in place. DUAL LED BULB TRIPOD TENT LIGHTS SETUP

Step #1
Turn the knob on the tripod base to open the tripod legs and tighten the knob to stabilize.

Step #2
Slide (but do not twist or force) the LED light modules on the head and twist the knob to lock in the desired position.
​
Step #3
Slide (but do not twist or force) the head with the attached light modules on the telescopic pole.
Step #4
Plug each end of the Y adapter power cord in the back of each bulb and then plug the 15ft extension cord into the other end of the Y adapter and the light will come on. Use the velcro straps to keep the cords nice and neat against the pole.
Step #5
Open top latch on the telescopic pole and fully extend. Close the latch to lock in place.
Step #6
Open second latch on the telescopic pole and fully extend. Close to lock in place. Open third latch on the telescopic pole and fully extend. Close to lock in place. LED INTERIOR SHOWCASE LIGHT SETUP

MAKE SURE TO CLEAN THE GLASS IN YOUR SHOWCASE PRIOR TO INSTALLING YOUR LIGHTING

Step #1
Install the suction cups by hooking one end over the edge of the bar and press the other end over the opposite edge until you feel it snap in place. Suction cups should be set about 1 to 2 inches from either end of the light.

Step #2
Plug the 5ft extension cord into the pigtail end attached to the light.
​
Step #3
Plug the power supply into the other end of the 5ft extension cord.
​
Step #4
Attach the interior showcase light to the inside, top front edge, of the showcase by pressing the suction cups tightly against the glass. You can also attach it to the interior front or interior top of the showcase whichever you like best.
​
Step #5
Feed the cable through your showcase door and plug the power supply unit into a power outlet. Your lighting will come on automatically once plugged into the power outlet.
​
NOTE:
These LED interior showcase lights work with most glass showcases and our 28″ LED interior showcase light is the perfect size for Arizona Case in case lighting.
